Information you give us. When you submit our contact form, we collect the details you provide — typically your name, email address, company name, website, and message. This form is processed through HubSpot, our customer-relationship and forms provider.
Information collected automatically. With your consent, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. This may include your device and browser type, pages viewed, referring source, and an approximate (city-level) location derived from your IP address. Analytics cookies are only set after you accept them via our cookie notice.
Where the GDPR applies, we rely on your consent for analytics cookies, and on our legitimate interests (and steps toward a contract) to respond to enquiries you send us. In Canada, we handle personal information in accordance with PIPEDA.
